Technical information
Hosting and security providers may process an IP address, browser and device type, access time, page address and security or error records to operate and protect the service and prevent misuse. The application does not write the body of an inquiry to its logs.
3. Purposes
Information is used to understand and respond to the inquiry, review initial fit and assess conflicts, independence and availability as applicable.
Receipt of an inquiry does not create a lawyer-client relationship or constitute consent to an arbitrator appointment or any other role.
4. Email delivery and no website copy
Forms are transmitted over an encrypted connection to a secure endpoint and delivered to info@yanay-law.co.il. The website does not retain a copy of the inquiry body in a database or file store.
If email delivery fails, the form states that the inquiry was not sent and offers direct email and telephone alternatives. There is no storage queue or automatic retry.
5. Recipients
- Adv. Yehonatan Yanay and authorised office personnel assisting him.
- The website hosting and security provider to the extent necessary to operate and protect the service.
- Google Workspace and Gmail for receiving, responding to and managing correspondence.
- A competent authority, court or other person where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect a legal right.
The firm does not sell personal information or disclose it to advertisers for targeted advertising.
6. Retention and deletion
An inquiry that does not lead to an engagement may be retained in the firm’s mailbox for up to 12 months for handling, records and review of a repeated inquiry, and will then be deleted or minimised unless a legal or professional reason requires continued retention.
Information concerning a matter accepted by the firm will be retained in the client file in accordance with professional, legal and accounting duties and the engagement agreement.
7. Information about other people

The site is not intended to place advertising cookies or create a personal advertising profile. Accessibility preferences are stored locally in the browser only.
Plausible Analytics may be used for aggregate, cookie-free measurement without transmitting content entered in forms. If another tool or non-essential cookies are introduced, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before activation.
Google location map
The map on the contact page does not load automatically. Choosing to display it loads content from Google, which may receive technical details such as an IP address and browser information under its privacy policy. The directions link opens Google Maps in a separate tab.
10. Rights, updates and contact
Subject to applicable law, a person may request access to personal information held about them and ask for inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated information to be corrected or deleted. A request may be subject to identity verification, privilege, confidentiality and professional obligations.
