Terms and conditions
Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of a Legal Consultation
These terms apply to the purchase of a paid legal consultation and to the use of the meeting preparation room.
Last updated: 27 September 2026
1. The service and scope of engagement
The service offered through the website is a personal 60-minute legal consultation with Adv. Yehonatan Yanay, paid for in advance. Subject to completion of a conflict review, the engagement is limited to the meeting and the preparation included in the meeting fee.
The meeting is intended for an initial analysis of the matter based on the information and documents provided, focusing the legal questions and considering possible courses of action. The service does not include accepting the matter for representation, preparing a pleading or written legal opinion, conducting negotiations, appearing in proceedings or providing ongoing legal services unless separately agreed in writing.
If the parties agree on further work after the meeting, that engagement will be governed by a separate engagement agreement. From that point, the service and the handling of information will also be governed by the engagement agreement with the client.
2. Meeting fee and included preparation
The meeting fee is ILS 1,800 plus VAT as required by law. This is the only amount charged when the meeting is booked, and it includes a 60-minute meeting and preparation of up to 100 standard pages. A standard page is 250 words, so the included allowance is 25,000 words.
All files may be selected together in the preparation room. The system will count the words across the complete batch and display the number of standard pages before the material is transferred to an artificial-intelligence provider for processing. Blank pages and exact duplicate files will not be counted. A scan or image from which no text can be extracted will count as one standard page.
If the count is between 101 and 200 standard pages, the purchaser will be shown the additional page count and the option to purchase one extension of up to 100 additional standard pages, or part of that block, for ILS 450 plus VAT, totalling ILS 531 at the VAT rate in force when these terms were updated. The extension is purchased only through express acceptance and a separate payment; no automatic charge is made. Material beyond 100 pages will not be processed before the extension payment is verified. Material exceeding 200 pages must be reduced or separately arranged with the firm in advance. Purchasing the extension does not extend the meeting unless separately agreed.
3. Completing the booking and payment
After email verification, selection of an available time, provision of the required details and acceptance of the terms, the time is held for 15 minutes for payment. A hold is not final confirmation. An appointment is confirmed only after verified payment and a verified calendar event, subject to conflict review.
Payment will be made on a secure page hosted by Morning's payment service through grow; card details do not pass through the firm's website. Returning from the payment page does not prove that a charge occurred. If payment or booking status is uncertain, the status should be checked rather than paying again. A confirmation and management link will be sent only after the required steps have been verified. A preparation-room link will be sent only after verified payment and in accordance with the conflict-review status.
The preparation-room link is intended solely for the purchaser. It may not be transferred to or used by another person without prior coordination with the firm.
4. Conflict review
Holding the meeting and releasing the preparation package to Adv. Yanay are subject to completion of a conflict review. The purchaser will be asked to provide the names of the parties and any further identifying details needed for that review.
The preparation package, including the chat and uploaded documents, will remain unavailable to Adv. Yanay until the review has been completed. The client and relationship lists used for the review are maintained separately and are not transferred to an AI provider.
If a conflict is identified, the meeting will be cancelled, the full payment will be refunded without a cancellation charge and the preparation package will be deleted before it is made available to Adv. Yanay. The refund will be made through the payment method used for the transaction. The time at which the credit appears may depend on the payment provider and credit-card company.
If no conflict is identified, the organised preparation package will be made available to Adv. Yanay for the meeting preparation. Completion of the review is not an agreement to accept the matter for representation beyond the meeting purchased.
5. Transaction cancellation and rescheduling policy
A rescheduling request must be submitted in writing through the personal booking-management link or by email to info@yanay-law.co.il. The appointment may be rescheduled once without additional payment by giving at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time. Any further change is subject to the firm's agreement and appointment availability.
A cancellation made at least 24 hours before the meeting will entitle the purchaser to a full refund without deduction of a credit-card fee, processing fee or cancellation fee. Under the firm's policy, no refund is available for a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice or for failure to attend, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Without limiting the more favourable policy above, where the purchaser is a consumer and the Consumer Protection Law applies, the purchaser retains the cancellation rights provided by law. Subject to the statutory conditions, a distance transaction for a one-off service may be cancelled within 14 days after the transaction or receipt of the disclosure document, whichever is later, provided cancellation occurs at least two days that are not rest days before the service is due. Special provisions may extend the period for a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant where the statutory conditions are met.
Where the law permits a cancellation charge in a particular case, it will not exceed the statutory maximum. No cancellation charge will be imposed where the law prohibits it, including for non-conformity, failure to supply the service on time or another breach by the firm.
A cancellation notice may be submitted through the dedicated transaction-cancellation link on the website or the personal booking-management link, by email to info@yanay-law.co.il, by telephone on +972-3-330-1776, orally at the firm's place of business or by registered mail to the firm at 28 HaArbaa Street, 18th floor, Tel Aviv, and by any additional method that applicable law requires the firm to provide. Written notice is recommended for record-keeping, but this does not limit any other cancellation method available by law. Where a refund is due by law, it will be made within the statutory period through the payment method used for the transaction; the time at which the credit appears may depend on the payment provider and card issuer.
If the firm cancels the meeting, the purchaser may choose between an alternative appointment and a full refund without deduction. This section does not limit any cancellation, refund or remedy available under applicable law.
6. Preparation room and use of artificial intelligence
The preparation room is optional. In the active service, the sequence of events may be described and relevant material uploaded through a personal link after verified payment. Files are received in private storage, scanned and processed for text extraction by an isolated internal service, and processed only after appropriate consent.
Before the first processing operation, the purchaser will be shown Google Cloud as the provider, Vertex AI as the product, the model and processing configuration to be used, the categories of information, purpose, retention periods and processing location. A tick-box consent and express confirmation are required. Selecting preparation during booking, entering the room, selecting files and running the preliminary count do not constitute consent. Client and relationship lists used for conflict review are not sent to the model.
The artificial-intelligence tools assist in organising the material, preparing a chronology, identifying the principal parties and documents and focusing the questions for the meeting. They do not provide legal advice or replace Adv. Yanay's professional judgment. The preparation package will be made available to Adv. Yanay only after completion of the conflict review and provided that no conflict has been identified.
The processing outputs may contain errors or omissions. The purchaser must provide complete and accurate information and respond to clarification questions where required.
7. Providing information and documents
For effective meeting preparation, the purchaser must provide a complete and accurate account of the matter and the points in dispute and upload the relevant documents in their possession. Facts that are uncertain, missing documents and estimated dates should be identified expressly.
Material obtained unlawfully or subject to a legal or judicial restriction on disclosure must not be uploaded. Personal information that is not needed for the matter should be omitted wherever possible.
The firm may request additional information or documents before the meeting. Documents provided late may not be included in the preparation. Material of 101 to 200 standard pages will be processed only after the extension has been expressly purchased and its payment verified; no automatic charge is made. Material exceeding 200 pages must be reduced or separately arranged with the firm in advance. Dispute documents must not be provided on the purchase screen.
8. Service delivery policy: time and format of the meeting
The service will be supplied at the appointment selected by the purchaser and confirmed in the booking confirmation, after payment verification and subject to conflict review. The purchaser may choose between an office meeting at 28 HaArbaa Street, Tel Aviv, 18th floor, and a Zoom meeting. The same fee and 60-minute duration apply to both formats.
For a Zoom meeting, a unique link is created after payment verification and conflict review. A waiting room and passcode are enabled, Adv. Yanay's Personal Meeting ID is not used, and the firm does not record the meeting.
The purchaser must arrive at the scheduled time. A delay by the purchaser will not extend the duration of the meeting. If Adv. Yanay is delayed, the purchaser will receive the full 60 minutes or may choose an alternative appointment.
If a failure within the firm's responsibility prevents the meeting from taking place, an alternative appointment will be scheduled without additional payment. If no suitable alternative can be found, the purchaser will receive a full refund without deduction.
9. Advice, responsibility and qualifications
During the meeting, Adv. Yanay will analyse the matter on the basis of the information and documents provided, address the points in dispute and present his legal assessment and the available courses of action.
If answering a particular question requires additional review that cannot be completed within the preparation and meeting, this will be explained during the meeting. Any further research, written opinion or legal work will be undertaken only after separate agreement.
The consultation will be provided with professional care and in accordance with applicable law and professional rules, but no particular outcome is promised. The advice is based on the information and documents provided and the law in force on the meeting date; missing or inaccurate information, additional documents or a change in circumstances may affect the assessment given.
The firm is not responsible for an outcome caused by material information withheld from it, inaccurate information supplied by the purchaser or use of the advice outside the context for which it was given. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
10. Confidentiality, privacy and consent to transfer information
Adv. Yanay and the firm will handle the information and documents provided in accordance with their applicable professional duties of confidentiality. The information will be used for conflict review, meeting preparation, provision of advice and administration of the booking and payment.
Use of the preparation room is optional. Without it, however, the facts and documents cannot be studied in advance, and a substantial part of the meeting may therefore be used to learn the facts before legal advice can be addressed.
A person who chooses the preparation room will be asked to give separate consent to processing through Google Cloud Vertex AI in the configuration, model and settings disclosed before processing. Withholding consent does not cancel the meeting. Client and relationship lists used for conflict review are not sent to the model.
The collection, processing, disclosure, retention and deletion of information will be governed by the privacy policy adapted for this flow, which forms part of these terms.
11. Preparation outputs and document retention
The summaries, chronology, mapping of the points in dispute and questions produced from the information provided are internal working materials intended to prepare Adv. Yanay for the meeting. They are not a written legal opinion and are not supplied as a separate product unless otherwise agreed.
The purchaser must retain the original documents. The preparation room is not a storage or backup service. The material will be retained and deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.
12. Failures affecting external services
The booking system and preparation room rely on external services, including payment processing, appointment scheduling and artificial-intelligence processing. A temporary failure affecting one of these services may delay completion of the booking or preparation of the material.
If a material failure prevents completion of the preparation before the meeting, the purchaser may choose between holding the meeting without advance preparation and scheduling an alternative appointment without additional payment. If the failure prevents the meeting and no suitable alternative appointment can be found, the purchaser will receive a full refund without deduction.
13. Changes to the terms
The version of the terms accepted by the purchaser when the booking is made will govern that booking. The firm may update the terms for future bookings.
A later update will not change the meeting fee, the scope of the package purchased or the cancellation conditions of a completed booking unless the change is required by law or expressly accepted by the purchaser.
14. Age and capacity to purchase, general provisions and contact
The service is intended for a purchaser who is at least 18 years old and has legal capacity to make the booking. A person booking a meeting for a company, other organisation or another individual confirms that they are authorised to make the booking and provide the information required for the meeting.
These terms and the purchase of the meeting are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
A rescheduling request must be submitted in writing through the personal booking-management link provided in the booking confirmation or by email to info@yanay-law.co.il. A cancellation notice may be submitted by any of the methods listed in section 5 above. For questions concerning a booking, the firm may also be contacted by telephone on +972-3-330-1776.
