Information used for a booking
Details are used to verify an address, manage the booking and review conflicts. Contact and party details are stored in encrypted form; payment-card details are submitted directly on the hosted payment page and are not stored on the firm's website. Documents are not collected on the purchase screen, and preparation-room processing will occur only under the privacy policy and separate consent.
